Job Overview:
Old Neighborhoods Foods is celebrating its 110th year in business as a 4th generation family owned company. We strive to supply our customers with superior products which starts with using superior ingredients and a state of the art plant and equipment. As we continue to grow our business and product line we seek a temporary accounts payable coordinator to work with new and existing vendors.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Attach corresponding purchase orders to incoming invoices with all supporting documentation.
- Investigate and resolve problems with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers and ACH transactions.
- Assist with monthly status reports and monthly closings.
- Reconcile various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records and reports.
- Perform other duties as required to support Accounting Department.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to Relocate:
- Lynn, MA 01905: Relocate before starting work (Required)
